Water is fantastic and I love it but lets face it at some point it can get pretty boring. I started dressing it up with some lemon and realized even without research how many benefits I have gotten from it. The most important thing to me was my digestion got much better. It really helps me to have clear skin and shiny hair. I don’t know how many times another girl asked me about my shampoo when nothing has really changed. The lemon gives water a great zing and makes it all the more refreshing. I’ve also noticed that I’m not craving soda pop anymore, I used to love me some Diet Coke but it’s not really good for me. The lemon water also curbs cravings and I always make sure I have some lemon water before sitting down to eat. More times I’m just thirsty and not hungry. I also felt more relaxed and zen.
