keep it together

Back to real life after a fantastic long weekend and I have to say I’m still exhausted. Last night I skipped my support meeting because a friend of mine agreed to go for a walk with me … I have to say I had a great walk workout. I actually did 11,000+ steps for the day which is rare for me and I’m feeling a bit tired today from that. On top of that I have a gym workout today that I kind of want to skip out on but I will not. I made plans with a friend which usually helps out a lot, I can honestly say I am not accountable to myself as I should be but when I have a friend waiting I am more likely to hit the gym even if I don’t want to. My day started off early because I had a photo shoot with a new model … and by new I mean totally green. Don’t get me wrong guys for being a newbie in the industry she was excellent, I guess I just put so much of myself to my job that I get drained quickly. Kale is making me happy

In the past month or so I have noticed a huge change in my cravings. I have to say not everyday is perfect, I did have a moment the other week were I really wanted a Big Mac. I messaged a friend of mine and we had a very quick and to the point chat. I wound up getting my favorite Broccoli Slaw Kale Salad from Trader Joe’s.
