My day started off early because I had a photo shoot with a new model … and by new I mean totally green. Don’t get me wrong guys for being a newbie in the industry she was excellent, I guess I just put so much of myself to my job that I get drained quickly. Kale is making me happy

In the past month or so I have noticed a huge change in my cravings. I have to say not everyday is perfect, I did have a moment the other week were I really wanted a Big Mac. I messaged a friend of mine and we had a very quick and to the point chat. I wound up getting my favorite Broccoli Slaw Kale Salad from Trader Joe’s. To be honest I’ve been obsessed with this salad for the past 4-6 weeks. I get it twice a week for lunch and it leaves me feeling satisfied. Continue Reading

I have type 2 diabetes and been living with it for 10+ years now, at first when I got the news I tried every diet under the sun – Atkins was the worst! I think I did it for a month before I realized it is slowly killing me not fixing me.
